I don't know if anyone else has pointed this out but I'm beginning to think that Aoyama-sensei really has a thing for assimilating his earlier works into Conan. This past weekend I found a manga he did in 1993 at a used bookstore. It's called Yoban Third (四番サード) & it's about a high school boy named Nagashima who loves baseball. I haven't finished reading the whole stry yet but I did flip through the pages and he plays for Kohnan and they play against Ohgane High.
These two teams are the ones in episode 383 of Detective Conan the 2 hour Christmas Special Miracle at Koshien Ball Park! The Defiants Face the Dark Demon. Nagashima is player #3 on Kohnan. I'm sitting here in the computer lab waiting 'til my first class in about 35 minutes. I have Japanese History which covers the Tokugawa to the Meiji. Woo! Kenshin-ness. I think I watch too much anime. oh wells.
By Tomorrow I'll see if I'll have at least foruDc doujin. If not oh wells. :S The one's my KYsister are really pretty! I want another Shinichi/Ran one but if I got one of theirs I want the Heiji/Kazuha one which got pucblished this past Dec. 29. *stares at Mugiwara Kaizoku-dan* @__@

I'm continuing my ongoing search for doujinshi. The ones I've seen before seem to have disappeared. T_T OH wells, I know for sure I'm getting Happy Flight by chicken zombies & Ex by. I.C. Club. I'll know tomorrow if I got the Heiji/Kazuha one and the other chicken zombies one.
School starts again on Monday. :S My Japanese class only has three people registered for it. Hopefully it wont' get cancelled. Hopefully more people will show up on Monday. I hope my other classes aren't boring. I have to retake Econ 100 but I think that'll be okay. Waa~~~~!!!! They finally put something up about the new Conan movie. I'm so happy!! *sweatdrops* Tatsuki-chan is working right now and Kari-chan wants me to go to the mall with her later. I have no classes today. I finally found a background pic that works with the layout I wanted. I may change it but I'd have to save all the color codes. I wish I wasn't such a weirdo about colors. |
